Adaptability to mobile devices and space saving

I would like to know where I can configure some functions to save space. I would like to put the logo in the part of the menu, both for mobile devices and for the desktop version. The same move the categories to the right or put on the text to save space and show more sites on the screen.

In the image I show where I would like to put the logo to be seen and where I would like to move the category buttons, I think this would save a lot of space and it would look better, also it would make it more profitable for them to buy the premium spaces.



And in this image I show how I would like it to look in the desktop version, and I would like to know how I could insert the logo in that part, at the same time eliminating the entire top part.
