Implemented Ability to modify votes

I would like this to lower votes of those that used proxies, etc, in a way simpler than modifing the _stats table.
 
This could be good feature.
Example if u wanna reward all users with 50 IN etc... for something like facebook likes w/e

and lower thouse who cheat
 
Those who used proxies deserve a ban ;) They would just go on if you lower it. Thats how people are, they never learn.

Though, to reward a user, substract votes could be handled quite easy as a plugin in a similar way as screenshot is shown on the edit member page.

Yeah, but there's also people that use proxies to vote their rivals and make them get banned, that's why I prefer to lower their votes instead.
 
Rofl, really? you seen that happen? People these days...wouldnt even think to vote for competition.
Well like i said, its doable with a plugin. Maybe before 0.9, maybe after. Cant say for sure yet, quite busy these days.
