A little of screen shoot are black??

Hi,
1. A lot of screen shoots are working good, but a little of them (10%) are black.
I have to try created again and again but still black.
What i can do to fix this problem?

2. When i delete the link, screen shoot still keep in host. is it necessary deleted screen shoot when deleted link?

1. They might need to long to respond. Please msg Mark, he has control over the screenshot server. Tell him a few sample urls of which generate as black well

2. Currently yes, they are deleted. but might be good to delete as well. Will come in a coming release
