changes to header/footer and sidebars are all made in wrapper template. Parabola does not use an old school header image though, logo on the left, banner ad on the right. Though it easy enough to tweak the HTML/CSS to use a header image if thats what your after.

Most likely you are linking to a site with illegal streaming content. This happened to me on animelodge, I got the exact same notification before ads were disabled.

Host gator only blocks button.php, and only on shared servers. If you want to be it working feel free to send me FTP/cpanel login

this feature will not be included for the reasons mentioned above. Also because in the past 10 years more than 20 of these services have come and gone, none of these 3rd party services seem to last very long due to the high bandwidth usage, and its a service that is nearly impossible for them...

This is not a bug or an error of any kind. This is a user trying to inject code to hijack cookies and hack your site. His attempt did not work, his code was simply interpreted as text, not executable javasccript code.
