Yeah that is the worst part about a push to https all websites, it's totally unnecessary for most sites and there are only so many ip addresses to go around... Until ipv6 blocks are universally accepted anyway.

For sure the html on your list template has been edited, and for sure it's causing that misalignment. Feel free to post a URL where we can this in action, then someone may be able to help you fix your code, but since this is only happening on your list we are unable to help without seeing...

Looks like you modified the template, your edit adding the stats in the top bar where the strap normally resides is what is causing the problem.

hmm I was pretty sure this checked only inactive sites already, given the name of the plugin. It is slow while doing the checks, but if its only checking sites with inactive status then it should only be checking a handful of sites and the speed should be tolerable. I'll need to double check...

You and your users are overthinking this. VisioList automatically detects the referring URL, there is no need for special referral code but you can change it easily if you desire. http://visiolist.com/docs/button-settings - see the section called Google friendly links at the bottom.

No need for a guide, its intuitive. Simply add the values for your SMTP server in admin settings, once these settings are in place SMTP will be used automatically.
