Looks like you upgraded from an older version. try going to admin manage language and click import and select english. That should import any missing english phrases you may have. Also search for "'upgrade_update_active_installation" and change the definition to just "Active VisioList...

I would not eleminate it completly. As the title tag is there for categories as well. It should not be everywhere the same Search in admin manage languages for "main_all" That is the phrase name for All Sites "main_header" is Rankings Maybe change it to something different, but dont eleminate it

To be honest with you Karl, i do not have the slightest clue why this is happening on your sites. There must be some server settings which is incompatile with how we coded it. Did not experienced this on any other site. Can you pm me ftp/admin for this domain? Maybe we find the issue there...
