that is a template edit (HTML / CSS) that is included with the default theme. If you want to add it to your list, simple copy the HTML and CSS from parabola and add it to your skin.

not just you, skin selection is very limited. You can implement any HTML template you like, create your own, or hire someone to work with you to make a design all your own.

is your .htaccess in place (same directory as your settings_sql.php)? does your host support mod_rewrite?
