I just downloaded the bootstrap theme and the gateway template is NOT empty... further link code is working just fine. many users are using that theme and nobody has reported this issue... where did you get the bootstrap theme from? it sounds like you might have found a VERY old version...

Since this seems to be only happening on your list, please see if you can duplicate the issue repeatedly with the same banner. If so, post here the banner that is causing problems. You can also check your error log with your web host, the white screen means a php error has benn suppressed...
