That file is no longer. Its from before we switched from "stats" to "details". At that point also the php file hooks naming changed. It is the details_compile_details.php

Please check your error log. Just logged into a test list and the latest version is showing.

That is available when you create a ad. Did you clicked the link under the dropdown where you can select the display zone? A bit of html will popup there then. Sounds like you did not reuploaded the files That should also "fix your other issue", since you seem to use the same old method...

Just reupload the file from the 1.0 bundle. From what you said it sound like you still use 0.9 file
