Backend working fine, but all kinds of errors on front end

VL works just fine with https, though I have had 1 other person have an issue with it that we were unable to resolve. You might try manually deleting the old black screenshot, though that should not be necessary.

    Emails not sending...

no there is no logging on the VL side, logging is left up to the webserver and mail server since both of those already log all transactions.

    Emails not sending...

well since we know the mail is sitting in the queue, you really should be looking there for the answer. VisioList has handed of the mail to your mail server which is not sending it for some reason.

Backend working fine, but all kinds of errors on front end

I don't think that would have anything to do with it, I'll test right now and see how it goes for me.

Backend working fine, but all kinds of errors on front end

no idea either, I can see many screenshots rendering just fine at the moment. All I can see is zero requests have hit the screenshot server for EmpireDirectory.net all other requests seem to be rendering just fine (100+ screenshots rendered today).

    Emails not sending...

These settings have nothing to do with VL, if mail is sitting in the queue that is outside the scope of VisioList which sends the command only once, and its expected the server will send mail immediately. How the mail queue is handled is a server configuration, not a VL setting. Look at your...

you can use any mail server. I use exim on my mail servers, many of our users use gmail.

How do I get the banners to show in the top right of the page?

no. That is an AD zone. Meaning you are supposed to put your AD code in there, its not for members banners.

Backend working fine, but all kinds of errors on front end

we use a linux server with headless browser, black screenshots are what happens when the process fails. you send the domain request my script opens browser window and grabs screenshot then the fill sized screenshot is copied to your server then your server resizes it in your domains case...

that log would be the exim mail log, this is not a VL function. If messages are sitting in your queue, that is a server config issue, not a VL issue. You can examine the queue to figure out why they are not sending, could be incorrect port, or auth info.

How do I get the banners to show in the top right of the page?

did you add any banners in the admin area? and assign them to zone a?

Backend working fine, but all kinds of errors on front end

I cannot, I do not see that URL in the requested list even. At the moment we have 920+ rendered screenshots, that domain is not anywhere to be seen. perhaps your server is blocking the outbound request? (mod_security?)
