Hello, I want to know if it is possible if you can people only vote one time in a lifetime. So that they can't vote every day for the same site.

When is add $CONF['cron'] = 1; to my settings_mysql.php and I vote on my sites they still get higher in the toplist. I want to refresh the stats every day at a certain time. I am using version 1.1
