If i am not wrong, someone sold that template here, but been a long time, don't know who really.

A good place for anyone who wants a custom template is looking at http://themeforest.net/category/site-templates
Most are already responsive and pretty cheap. Wouldnt get a template which is not responsive in this day.
They are coded in html, so whats left is integrating VisioList in there, which cuts down prices by a good margin, which usually end in 2-4 hours of work
