I'll change my hosting, I back up the data and content-based.
Need some extra configuration to change beyond hosting the database address ????
I need to install it again or just get the content and put in another host ??

hello, assuming both hosting environments are similar

1) your new host will probably move the site for you
2) copy files to new hosting
3) copy database to new hosting
4) update settings_sql.php with new server database credentials.

Thats it as long as your new server is running roughly the same PHP version as before (5.2+, 5.3+ ) you will have smooth sailing.

If you have newer PHP version you might get some mysql deprecated notices.
