First off if you are thinking of purchasing the product I we (rarecreations, newest members) highly recommend the PREMIUM package. We thought we were just paying the extra to have the software installed for us (after spending a hundred hours trying to install a FREE version before realizing it was anything but free) but in reality what we purchased was piece of mind. Our installer Basti was highly knowledgeable, friendly, patient and most importantly he ignored our obvious ignorance on certain matters. The product thus far is stellar and I am confident if we should encounter any issues or have questions the answers are just a message away.
