Is it possible to add some plugin for site details for SEO?

for example(images taken from xtremetop100) in this image one in edit account page there is an optional menu for site details

in the 2nd image its on site details edit page

and in 3rd image its an example like how it shows the site details as information on main page (listed on topsite) of server

Pretty easy, not requiring any plugin. Make use of custom join fields found in admin under tools menu.
Create your field with settings how you like, once done it will show you the needed template tag to insert into stats.html
And then you can style that however you want.

The actual join field is auto generated
