New website is not ranked

Sorry for my english I am not native.

This is happening on my site since yesterday:
When a new member adds their website, and this is accepted, the new website is not ranked. But another website, already existing, appears twice.
I consulted the database and it is correct. There are no duplications.
This happens only in the ranking

Why does this happen?

Do you mean once user register appears twice in your results?
Or
Once user register not appears on your website?

If you have google rankings problem, if you have submitted your website into google webmasters not always appear instantly. Sometimes you need to wait a bit.
If this isnt your answers or misunderstood your questions, I would recommend you to post some screenshots or give us your URLs so we can take a closer look.

This happens when you have several users on the front page that have 0 activity, they all have a technical rank of zero so this tie with no way to break the tie creates some strange results. Once they get a click things will sort out.
