Blank Screen after database info giving database info

Trying to install Visio List on another domain. Im getting through to the page where I give the database details but then when i click to continue I am getting a blank screen. Getting this error in the log though?

Any ideas? I checked the folder and the language files do seem to be there. This is the script i downloaded from the members page by the way under the field 'Active Resources'​

sounds like your database info was not correct so the installer could not run.
