Adding <label> tags to Plugin data

The current skin I'm using has <label> tags for the join forum to place the text above the box. Here is the tag in action :

How do I custom add the <label> tag to the plugins I have? (minecraft votifer, callback URL and Terms. Either the code or just some guidance would be useful.)

Also, since the resource system is now out, would you like me to re-release my skin or wait for the update to load the files? and 2, do you want to release the Minecraft Votifer as I have fully tested it and it works great.

This can't be done as the blocks are dynamically loaded though my CSS with jQuery for certain sections, any other possible fixes?

it most certainly can be done, but you will need to pay attention to order in your CSS and make sure your labels are made into a block before they are hidden.
