when you create an account on the list automaticaly to become a member on forum is that possible?

Yes that is posible but requires some edits.

He literally cant know how to. Things like that cant be made "out of the head" and require some code lookup. Also both scripts need to share the same database for it to work.
Then there are things like what password encryption does the forum use, check if usernames are taken, email taken and a few other things
