screenshot server 504 gateway timeout

Recently needed to update some user's screenshots and noticed that the screenshot server is giving a 504 gateway time out error.

Can we investigate this and resolve?

Can you confirm you are running the latest version of VisioList (1.8) the screenshot server is rendering as normal.

nope, on a quite old version still (0.9)
I do plan to update and, in fact, would like to know if you can do the update for us and how much that would be..

That would explain it old versions do not have access to the latest screenshot server.

We can do the update for you no problem, version 0.9 is ancient. Estimate $40 for that update to get you up to the latest version running default responsive theme. If you have a heavily customized theme we would need to quote that.

I'd plan on using a more current and/or modify the default theme for now in any case.. PM me with details and what you need to do the update.
