Screenshot API Key

Hi guys,

I'm getting a black screen for screenshots and according to some of the other posts, it's due to the API key not being active. I retrieved my key and applied it under settings.

How long does it generally take before it's working?

By the way, I'm sure this answer has been posted somewhere. I just wasn't able to find it.

your API usually will active about 12 hours , then after that you need to Re-generate the screenshot again.

make sure you are using a key that has been activated, I send an email with every API key I activate. If your not sure, feel free to request another key.

PM Mark for a key. Still doesn't work, give them FTP (File Type Protocol) Information to take a glance at the issue that's causing this.

Hello, your key is activated, I did notice several applications from your email address so to make sure you are using the correct one I have sent you a private message with your key as well.
