[Request Tutorial] How to move to another host

Hello

im currently using free webhost for testing websites and edits only

and i would like to buy host from other company

so i would like to move all my files to other host and i need to have same Categories that i have created, everything into admin panel settings etc...

Also im using custom skin, and few custom plugins

Please anyone give me few steps how to do this

Not hard.

1)Take sql backup -> file backup
2) on new host make sql database, with same user, pass, db name ( if different, update settings_sql.php to reflect new database )
3) upload files
4) import database backup
5) Do a search for old url in vl_settings and vl_sites and mass update old url to new url
