Regular Banner not Displaying

While testing the banner, I uploaded it successfully but it's not displaying.

well banner upload absolutley works, perhaps your skin template is not coded to display banners? try the default skin to see if it works as expected...

I switched to default but still no result unless there's further step that I need to check?
This is the banner url:

It matches the Length & width, less in Size, and it also said "Success" at the end.

hmm that banner is over 7 MegaBytes which is GIANT and will kill your page load and SEO

that said, I can see the banner was uploaded to your /banners/ folder.

I just looked at your site and I can see the banner just fine...

Oh sorry, must be cache or cookies . By the way what do you recommend for the banner size? I see sites like xtremetop100 and gtop100 let their members upload this size and their sites still load pretty fast.
But hey if you said it's bad, I will limit it to 4MB

I'm still having this slightly small issue where I tried to run CCleaner and cleared all settings, contents in chrome but it still won't show the banner. Other computers can and even other browsers in my computer can see it. Any suggestion?

you could try loading the banner as a CSS background? not sure if it will work, but worth a shot.
