Questions about premium memberships vs. featured members

What is the difference between premium members and featured members?

If someone signs up for a premium membership, where do their ads show up?

Where is the best place to add the {featured_member} tag?

I figured out featured members myself with the wrapper file. Just wondering now how premium memberships work. I have ads set to 3,25,50,75 etc... is that where premium advertisers show up?

Also, I tried to set up paypal but can't figure out where to find and "enable payment data transfer". Is that still applicable?

premium members just got a different style listing, they do not show any higher on the list

yes PayPal still requires you have a business account and enable payment data transfer and paste the token

Then what are the ads placements that I set?
