Page not show on global menu

Hi, i add the new subpage on admin panel,
and this subpage not show at global menu in deafult boostrap theme... why?
On the parabola theme, link generating in global manu auto.

Please help

you need to add it to the menu by editing the template. Parabola is also deprecated.
