Override someones screen shot for website?

Someone's Screen shot keeps showing up black, but I have looked at their site, its a really nice website.

Is there a way I can upload my own screenshot for their site?

you should be able to simply regenerate a new screenshot for this member.

Every time I regenerate it, it is black, I have had many other members join, theirs are all fine, its just this one.

can you provide the URL so I can investigate? usually when this happens its a result of bad DNS records, in those cases webmasters usually like to know their site doesnt always work.

hmm worked fine for me when I rendered it

try the new screenshot server, I assume your still on the old one which is not as reliable. I have attached a zip to this topic. extract it and overwrite screenshots.php in your main directory.
