My Unbranded Version is Branded

No longer a customer.
I purchased the unbranded version of VisioList, but the VisioList logo is at the bottom, etc.

Do I simply remove it, or do I need a different copy of the code? I don't want it to appear I've removed the branding from a branded version, and I know some sites are made to stop working if you remove the branding, etc.
