Installation Internal Server Error

Hello,
I just uploaded the files to my server then went to the install folder via chrome and nothing. No files seem to run.
I do have control over the server running on a Raspberry Pi, Apache2, Php8, Raspian Linux.
I've increased the memory limit to 1GB changed the versions of php from 5 - 8 and still the same error.

Ok I just turned all this stuff on and it worked for some reason.

Probably the server side includes only were the issue, if they were default disabled. The script includes other php files like in many places, not just install. Suprised that was off by default :/
