How to make a small list

Hello everyone,

What I would like to do is a small list of the 5 most voted sites.

I am lost with this way of coding and I need a lil of help. I know I would be able to do but I am confused.

Where would you like the small list to be displayed? on another site? in your wrapper?

You could simply parse the rss feed to get the top 5 results.

I would like to make this on a custom page. Like small list with <ul> and <li>, if im not wrong.
