How to add banner during registration?

Hi,

I'm new here. I just want to ask, how can I place the Banner URL so that user no longer need to login just to add the banner url for their listing?
 
Hotlinking banners is not supported anymore. And open ( allow anyone ) uploads, despite secured, is never a good idea. Future version will also have a remote upload ( upload from url ), but that is also not for the public.
We want them to use their control panel, its there for a reason. Not come, register and never seen again
