[Help] Why is it that only top 2 slot has a banner?

Hi, Why is it that the only the top 2 site listed has a banner on top of it?

Admin - settings - ranking settings

Number of members to use the _top skin for - VisioList has a seperate design for the top "X" number of members, this setting will dictate how many members will get this "top" template. Commonly the top template will also show the members banner, or full description, or use bigger fonts etc. The look and feel of the top template is set in the table_top_row.html template while the rest of the ranks will use the table_row.html template

Also note that this "top" template only works on the first page.
So you list 20 members per page, and set the top template to use 25, still only 20 would use it

Hello, sure! simply copy the contents of table_top_row to the table_row template. Then empty the contents of table_open and table_close. That will make all listing look the same as your "top" members.

So what I have to do is copy all I find in table_top_row.php to the table_row.php and the delete everything inside table_open.php and table_close.php?
