where do you upload the header change at? I can't find it's path

changes to header/footer and sidebars are all made in wrapper template.

Parabola does not use an old school header image though, logo on the left, banner ad on the right. Though it easy enough to tweak the HTML/CSS to use a header image if thats what your after.

So if I wanted to use wrapper template to add a banner exchange code to the footer of the site, how would I do it?

Edit wrapper.html paste your code where you want it to show up.

I tried that, it wasn't working no matter where I put it.

does the code work if you make a plain HTML file and paste it?

It shows up I put it into a plain HTML doc. http://clix.city/TrafficG.html But only if I'm behind a vpn.
It doesn't show on the site at all, vpn or not.

Your website is https but you are trying to load an insecure script (http) so your browser is blocking it.

either make your website http OR load the banners over https
