Hello I stumbled upon a question that most users are having is if they don't have a website but got a server ip, how do I make a checkbox that the users can click to have them not have to import a url on /join ?
 
You mean if they dont got a domain? e.g. site.com ?
http://the_IP still works and is a valid url. Why would they not use a url when registering for a topsite? cant recieve any visits then
 
Short answer, no.
Url is required in several instances. Why would want to do that
 
Maybe he want to reduce the time for the join form, so users can register easy and faster.

Something like :
Join form -
  • Username
  • Password
  • E-mail

And edit account:
  • URL
  • Description
  • Title
  • Banner
  • etc..
