Hey

I liked your software I bought it..but Now im a little confused...

I see:
//===========================================================================\\
// VISIOLIST is a proud derivative work of Aardvark Topsites \\
// Copyright (c) 2000-2009 Jeremy Scheff. All rights reserved. \\
//---------------------------------------------------------------------------\\

// WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of \\

My questions is...if its free why did I just pay for it???

Thanks in advance

With the GPL license free means freedom, not free like free beer.

The original product is aardvark topsites which is no longer maintained ( last released in 2009) what you bought is Visiolist which is always developed and supported, not to mention access to our screenshot API server. Visiolist is a paid product, aardvark topsites is cost free, there is a fairly big gap between the 2 with regards to features and support.

Hey

Thank you for taking the time to clear that up. I checked out the mentioned outdated product and was not impressed..Yours however seems to be exactly what I need.

Thanks again!
William

My pleasure, open source is awesome, that has been a key ingredient in this product from the beginning and will be until the end.

Cheers
