Long Term Todo Category Ranking button

How about a ranking button for the category they're in? For example harry potter sites they can be #1 there, but on the main page they're only #5 so allow them to choose an individual category rank?

I like the idea, but to avoid making complex queries on each button load for each member there is quite a bit of work required to implement this. I'll add this to the long term todo list
