Yeah your licence is per 1 year, so make sure you have active subscription

Yea you are currently unsubscribed like the other have said.
This means your product before was active only for a year, last found in 2015 ( we have 2 type of products, 1 is a single manual licence for a year, and a subscription which is auto paid yearly )
