Can't change settings

Hi All

I tried to change my site name etc in general settings but I got this error after clicking change settings.

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Thats an odd one, looks like you have a permissions problem, or your host is blocking the request to save (overly restrictive mod_security).

Does your host error log give any clues?

I don't know where would I find that somewhere in my host account I guess, I'm not very techy.lol

All good found error log.. This is the only entry:

Pauline, ill have a look later. Certain its your host once again blocking something. He gave us nothing but trouble -.-
