[BUG] Rankings

Hello,

Today new user joined my site, and i caught some buggy stuff into rankings.

User title and user description was replaced by this text only for the new user, im not sure what caused this, and i belive that the new user tryed to cheat somehow or idk whats going on.

Few minutes later, everything went back to normal.

Can you please tell us whats going on, and what could cause this error ?

This is not a bug or an error of any kind.

This is a user trying to inject code to hijack cookies and hack your site. His attempt did not work, his code was simply interpreted as text, not executable javasccript code.

I use firefox plug in "no script" helps prevent hackers stealing your cookie and your session with those type of attacks.

I was just curious whats going on.

So what actions should i take for this user, Ban his IP or ?

Yes ban his IP at the server and hope that's his only ip, also post his IP so that we can all ban him.
