Black Screenshots again

Having a bit of an issue but not with many. Last couple of registrations have given black screenshots. Any idea what could be causing this? I have checked and the members do have websites.

I checked some of the sites. Some don't work and others have loading screens, so it takes 5-10 seconds to see the actual site. I don't use the screenshot tool but I assume it captures the first screen it see's. Loading pages are usually flash based to that's why they are black.

Yep, if website has loaders it might not screen propertly, and you should check if site is active.
I saw few users on my site, they register and their website isnt live yet

Indeed, the first seems to be down completly, so no wonder its black. As for the other, top50 should be right on the spot. I would bet the the screenshot program dont allow flash, but dont know 100%. Might as well load to long, took 4 seconds for me.

Same here, some sites that use to show SS are now blank once I updated the SS's.

make sure you are using VisioList 1.0, the old 0.9 screenshot server is no longer in action.
