Banner Ad Braeks and Zone locations

First this is my third top site for this particular domain and Visio is by far the best. It is fairly easy to manipulate and didn't have to change much for the look and feel I wanted.

My questions are:
I placed a couple ad breaks after spot #5 and #10 and what popped up was a Visio link banner. How do I remove it, since Visio is not in line with the theme?

Also I looked and probably missed it, where are the banner zone locations and is there a thread with details?

its very eays open /skins/yourskin/ad_break.html and /skins/yourskin/ad_break_top.html

delete the lines and add {$zone_a} {$zone_b} {$zone_c} {$zone_d} idk witch one is the right i changed all on my site
