Assistance/Tips for modifying bootstrap skin

I have VisioList loaded at www.TopUSABands.com/topbands; the header is currently a grey background with the text TopUSABands... I'd like to change that to a graphic on a black background along with some menu links; essentially, I want the header to look like the main page (topusabands.com).
Does anyone know how/where I go about making that modification?

Right Click, "Inspect element" to get the class you need to override in your custom.css (.navbar-inverse I believe in this case)
