after new install adding new member

good evening

i have like title says installed 1.8 fresh on my server

and have enabled security like Recaptcha and Word verification


now i was adding a new member and all is ok but after hitting Add website i get a error page


when you reload the page the site is added but this isn't how it shut work so is there someone that knows what's going on
