Adsense on a private server topsite?

I was wondering if i can put adsense ads on a private server toplist . Mine is: http://xprivateservers.com/ .
I saw some similar websites with adsense ads and some without.

Could it be against the Adsense TOS and rules to put ads on a site that has private unofficial gaming servers websites?

As far as i remember its against their tos and thus could result in a adsense bann ( account ). Dont take me 100% for it though. At best read their tos.

If it in fact is against it, some people may simply not know, some may not care or google not yet punished them. Could literally take years, know that from experience ( other niche though ).
As for me, i would never risk a account bann again

Can you tell me what niche you approached that closed your Adsense account? I want to be sure never to try that
Also, do you now have another account ? And if that is possible i guess you could make it on some others name, correct?

Hello Eupaulzaza,

Having adsense on your website is great responsibility, by adding adsense you automatically agree with google webmaster tools ToS/Rules, plus Adsense ToS/Rules.

Your website is fresh, and i recommend you to get more traffic then apply for adsense, because you might get denied.
I strongly recommend you to read all Google webmaster tools rules and ToS, and Adsense rules and ToS, this might took you 2 days of reading, but at the end you will know whats going on.

Once you get banned from Adsense its very hard to get your account back. If you need more help about Adsense feel free to ask.

It was anime streaming, quite a while ago now. And dont have my account back yet, and did not signed up to a new one yet and properbly will never unless i make a site which require some advertisments. And its questionable they dont notice i would be the same person
