A user goes to upload banner, and clicks Upload File without selecting a file. There should be an error check against something like that. But you get a success message with 0 byte file see http://cl.ly/image/363e1305093L Also how can a user remove a banner? I can only see how they can replace...

I see that the htaccess file has references to a "user blog plugin". I don't see that anywhere in the plugins section. Does that exist? If not, then it would be awesome to have one (blog posts would have to be moderated before going live)!

By default pages are /page/<page name>. It would be good to change "page" from the URL and add other slugs like "articles", or "news" or anything else. (this maybe a good plugin and not a core feature?) Thanks
