Just for your FYI, the template works. I gave you the template & database. Its your job to know how to use phpmyadmin and know how to edit and import a database.

Honestly not sure. I've only had this happen once or twice. But when it does that, just remove the server from admin CP. :)

Remove them from admin panel. I've had this happen before.
