Paying for a custom theme

I need a custom theme made. Or an edit of one, whatever gets the job done fast and at a good price.

I want the template to be "flat" and feel web 2.0, I would like it to be responsive and bootstrap preferably.

I can show a few examples of other visiolist's running themes I liked the feel of.
