Emergency: Unable to view stats

This is a sudden problem and I don't know where it came from. I'm unable to view stats. I really need help to get those back as it's important.

When you click on the stats page it just reloads the index page.

AHhh! I think I may know the problem....... I upgraded to PHP 7?
Edit2: Can't be. I just changed back to PHP 5.6 for the topsites and it's still broken.

Looks like you might have removed or broken your .htaccess file?

none of your clean URL's are working

@morrigan try to download VL fresh and replace your old .htaccess

It might be possible if you use some weird caching method, so maybe disable them ?
I had similar problem on static website

You are both the best @Mark @cajkan it was the htaccess. I totally forgot that I was trying to update it to block proxy voting where I could! I re-downloaded VL htaccess and added my proxy stuff and it is working again. I may have accidentally copied it from my IPS directory. >_< Silly me!
