Is Visiolist is using cookie? If so, EU cookie law requires websites to gain permission from users, before planting cookies.

Yes it uses cookies, but very limited. Once you hit 1 hour the cookie will be deleted on the next UCP visit.

Where is it stated about the law? If that is true i think we need to integrate a "Remember me" function instead of automatic cookie creation.

Half million pounds...rofl..Money making machines, they should concentrate to close all those "Trick users" websites...
Anyways, civicuk.com may be a bit to much.

Need to discussed a bit about on to how best handle it. A hit in also creates a short cookie, along with UCP login. No need to display it anywhere else.

At this time, I would rather leave this up to the EU users and not include anything in the core at all about this. I respectfully decline to be a part of this sillyness, people in the EU should work to reverse this stupid legislation.
