Tchooooooooo i've no money, but i code ! dammed ...
So, its closed to be finished, the structure is there, its nice looking, well in my opinion, lol,
Its using a combination of jquery ui custom as you recommend,
+ some others jquery plugsins + a big pack of own css, a mix between YOURS and the http://www.html5-css3.fr/ to whom i give credits to the original basic idea
UTF-8 is on his way ... time to convert all files, of course, arrrghhhh so ... TIME !
but time is free, right ? Oops
i dont resist posting a screen shot :
So, gonna finish it,
make improvements,
corect bugs and all stuff needed to be done,
I put it as an example, some showcase about what i can do, quickly,
So, taking much more time its up to you if u wanna some help for VisioList,
I'll be around
Once i'll have bought a VisioList copy, well when i'll get $, hihiiiii, yeah its a cheap price, i know,
but to somepeople, 1 bux is usefull to eat ...
So, on dat future time, i'll create some templates, some skins for VL,

its not yet a VL site, but Aardwark was the base
It can be converted to VL very easyly.
