have you changed this username or url or any other admin edits in the past?

if so, you can try deleting that site, and re-entering all the data to ensure your database entries are correct.

Hello Kamikes and Thedark,

I belive this is not visiolist problem. This users use free domains like .tk or no-ip w/e.
They redirect own IP to example :
this site has registered today: http://aysayeman.tk/
So if someone vote from http://aysayeman.tk/ - they will not be redirected to gateway page coz they are comming from different IP adress.
This happened to my site also, you should better tell this users to use URL instead of link code

Example:
http://www.yoursite.com/index.php?a=in&u=USERNAME

Or tell them to buy cheap domain names :)

Yes about the .tk site, the voting does not work because the button not sit on the .tk site, but http://aysayeman.niniweblog.com/
So yea, either he has to use the vote code cajkan mentioned or you need to change their web url to the url mentioned above

yes, but before updating i didn't have this problem.
About that i will investigate that a bit with Mark and let you know the outcome later

Well that is a real domain. As you see when you hover over some of the links there.
The other sites .tk is just an "overlay" domain or how its called. One of the worst possible domains you can ever get your hands on. You see that their actual website sits just in an iframe on the .tk domain. And that is where the issue is.

Vl has cheat protection. so unless the button sits on the website the user registered with, the vote wont be accepted ( because the vote not come from .tk but http://aysayeman.niniweblog.com ) and the cheat protections kicks in.

Solution to these kind of "frame domains" is as mentioned already.

your PHP version is fine :) it was just to help us with testing, but the problem was easy to reproduce
